We filed Chapter 13 approximately 7 years ago. Carol Jones was our caseworker, and Alan Murphy was our lawyer. Carol was efficient, thorough, and explained the process so we could understand it. She took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and addressed them all. When I needed an answer, I could always call her, and she did not make me feel like I was bothering her. She was extremely knowledgeable, and we never had to call the lawyer directly because she always had the answer to our questions. She was pleasant and easygoing, and made us feel like we had made the right decision. (And indeed we had). She made us feel like valued clients, and helped us get through the embarrassment of having to file in the first place. I would highly recommend this firm! They are efficient, quick, understanding, thorough, and a bunch of great people!
My experience has been very good so far, considering all things I've had to do with. I first call with Mr. Murphy on the phone, and he schedule an appointment to meet with me and discuss my options. His daughter Lindsay is my attorney handling my case. She has called me several times to explain to me, she has been very helpful. My direct contact and case manager is Carol Jones she has been fabulous to work with. I've had many questions, and she has been there to answer and explain things to me. I have not filed yet, so that is my only reason for the four star rating! But, my experience with this law firm and the people has been very good.
