Been standing at the sporting good counter for 15+ minutes. No clerks anywhere. Call button....no response. They have pages for assistance. A ghost town. Going elsewhere.
Very frustrating visit. Went simply for a spot light. Ask four different clerks for help. One sent me to lawn and garden. Another sent me to hardware, never got one. Went to Lowe's and received immediate help.
Well, this Walmart has been here for many years and I would say over the years it has improved, but there still needs to be changes. For example, I have a customer service rep in the sports/guns section completely ignore me. He would just not speak to me for no reason. I tried to file a complaint and they told me they didn't have time. They generally tend to promote employees to supervisors/managers after working there for 50 years and they themselves are not nice people. I would say most regular employees are nice, but management needs a revision and I have already suggested to the regional administration about this. The place is usually busy basically anytime but check google to maybe find the best time. It would be between 12:01AM and 7AM in my opinion. Otherwise, you sometimes have to drive around for parking. The store layout is actually clean most days. The bathrooms are disgusting. I only go in here for my Nasal spray stuff anyways unless forced to buy some female, or drunk and bored at 2 AM.
One of the best Walmarts. Staff is wonderful and management is great. Worked there for a year without complaints.
We went in late for Black Friday and an associate opened a case to give us a discounted game. She was so nice and she even offered us a XBox live for 3 months for half the price. We were stoked. So thankful!
