I found Chad Sittig's office to be very effecient and friendly. They are concerned about their customers and have always been very helpful.
My dad has a great team of professionals that work for the agency. I have seen his team personally go out of their way in the middle of horrible weather to make certain that some of their customers were safe and being taken care of. He has written checks to customers that had extensive damages to their homes so that they could get a hotel and begin repairing their home. There is a one star rating below from a person that no one has ever heard of or went to SF after hours. However, anyone that has dealt directly with his current team has been satisfied with the honesty and work ethics of this agency.
