Have always had great service, and pizza, but tonight I waited 50 minutes, and left with refund, and no pizza due negligence on the staffs part. They did not make one of the pizzas, and I kept being told it was in the oven. Very bad serice on their part. Not sure If I will ever go back.
Ordered online, was given “23-33” minute estimate for when it would be delivered. It has now been an hour so I called the store to check on my order and no one answered.
Terrible service!!!! Not sure what happened at this location, because it used to be decent, but not anymore! I ordered online and was given an email confirmation saying 10-20 minutes. So I go to pick it up after about 17 minutes. The girl processes my payment, and goes to look at the pizza, sees it in the oven, and says just a couple more minutes. So we wait, and wait, and wait. Then a delivery driver comes in and he checks on our pizza and says it will just be a couple more minutes. Finally after over 30 minutes, and seeing several people come & go with their pizza, I ask what is going on, as we were told 10-20 minutes, and it's been well over 30. She looks, and says our pan pizza still has 3 more minutes. So now after over 45 minutes, and having our pizza checked on 3 times, some boy says they forgot one of our pizzas! I ask how in the world that is possible when it was checked 3 times and each time we were told a few more minutes?!? He got attitude immediately and said he didn't know, that they must've been looking at the wrong thing, and he would give me half off. Gee, that really helps. Not! I ended up just getting a refund because the 15 year old who claimed to be the manager was rude and unapologetic, and clearly nobody there has a clue what they are doing! Not ordering from here again!
I went to Papa John's of new Bern today and my order was taken by a young man named Josh. He had great customer service and made the best pizza I've ever had.
Love Papa John's. Great pizza and fast delivery. Drivers are always nice.
