great 1st visit. just wished they hadn't messed up my order
Sandwich is ok not fantastic. The service from the two visits I have had were below quality customer service. The gentleman that prepared my sandwich today (11-1-17), was fantastic, but the rest of the staff again, less than friendly. The cost of 1 sandwich (footling) and 1bag of chips cost $13.44, therefore the price to me is outrageous. I will NEVER go here again due to the lack of customer service!!!
Brand new owners looks awesome opens at 1:30 PM today.
Since new management has taken over, the food and service here is spectacular! We hope this new change sticks!
Recommend anyone considering eating at New Bern (Hwy 70E in James City) look up the sanitation rating on line and avoid.... B rating most of past year greatly because of hygiene and food handling issues.... Please educate yourself before considering... Went in to watch young girl cutting meat with no guard... Small piece of meat between her fingers and slicer.... Obviously don't care about safety of employees or customers...
