New location is very roomy and clean. Staff members are kind and helpful. Only thing is sometimes prices are better at other pet shops nearby... I visit this site and the havelock site on occasion but always compare prices.
Please set them free at a sanctuary where they can carry out their last days in peace.
I have bought all my fish and fish supplies from here they helped me set up my first aquarium staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place and good prices.
Staff are very helpful every time we go in to buy dog food. My kids enjoy the interaction with all the pets they have in there. Place is really nice since they've moved to the new location.
The store was nice and big. It was very organized. The only thing is i felt bad for all the puppies!!! There was only one sick kitten, and one kitten with ear mites. That is really the only bad thing.
I appreciate the better quality foods they carry for dogs and cats but the reptile section in the back is a miserable place for any animal. The sight of that beautiful snake and alligator in those barren, tiny boxes made my heart shriek. I can’t imagine the frustration and misery those animals have to endure day in and day out.
