This team really took the time to understand my pain/injury and managed a treatment plan that actually worked.
Tony, Bob and the entire physical therapy team at Craven PT and Spine are the absolute best - they truly care about each and every patient they see and I have been very impressed with the care they provide. As a personal trainer, I have had Bob follow up with me regarding the progress some of his patients experience once they are finished with physical therapy and still need more supervised training to rehab or get back into shape after rehab. Nicest people in town! Their assistant, Lena, is truly amazing in helping the office run smoothly and helping patients with their exercises.

Everything started out great. I was having serious back issues. Bob was attentive and fit me in several times due to my schedule and having kids. Eventually my pain was as well controlled as it was going to be I guess. So I was released from care, but told to call if there were problems. A week later I had several back spasms. The worst pain I'd ever had. I called in the morning and was told to come in in the afternoon. I told them I would go to urgent care instead. I was told never mind, come in now. I get there and Bob is not pleasant. His day was already busy and he was ugly to me about having fit me in. He was angry and let me know it. He even opened the door to the exam room we were in and and yelled to his staff about me. I was extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I took one more appointment with him and was not comfortable at all. So I never came back and found a different doctor to help me. I have never had a doctor or medical professional treat me that way. In one of my biggest times of need, he treated me awfully. No matter how stressed I was at work, if I talked like that to someone they was I was talked to, I would have been fired. It was totally unprofessional.
