These people ran down my 14, and was almost late delivering because of them.
Employees are nice when I pick up from here, but this is by far one of the slowest places i pick up from. You'll burn an hour or 4 here so make sure you have time on your clock. I've been to this location at least 10 times and they have yet to have the load ready at the scheduled pick up time.

Haven forbid your trailer has a tiny bit of stuff in it, make you clean it out, then if your preloaded it could take an hour or more to get your trailer info and your paperwork.

And that's about all. The people were kind and cooperative to me, and it was very easy to find the place. Be sure to arrive earlier than later because it can easily crowd up.
Be sure to bring your own pen to sign your papers! They won't let you use theirs.
There is some construction in process, so moving in and out of the facility might be a tiny hassle. I picked up an already loaded trailer, so my wait time was zero.
