Got here at 430 helped one peronson the said sorry its to late to help you to the rest of us then they help the people after me with the exact same thing I was requested to do but they didn't have time for me when I was told there was no time I asked to speak to a manager to complain the lady at the door actually laughed at me and then said she was laughing at someone else even though she responded to me while she was laughing
This is a bank, I don't know why they call themselves a credit union. They have gotten too big for their own good and have steered away from service. If an award could be given for slowest drive through in town - they would take 1st prize!!! Online banking system really stinks too! Definitely not the bank for the average consumer. I have closed my account after 12 years and moved on.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The building is very clean and organized. The only issue is that such a small bank is not supported by most phone payment systems, such as Android Pay.
