My boyfriend did an order online and pay the same day so they could send me flowers never came in and they also took his money.

I had a great experience and I'm about to go back to them this morning. The last time I deployed I was once again going to be gone for my wife's birthday. I walked into Odham's Flower Shop the day before leaving and I asked them to deliver on the day of my wife's birthday, which was a month out. My wife sent me an email on her birthday letting me know that she had received my flowers WITH the handwritten note that I wrote the day I placed the order. My needs as a customer were met, Odham's didn't lose my handwritten note, the flowers were delivered ... positive review.
Tried other Florist in New Bern but found Odham to be the most creative and reliable. I won't use anyone else!
I ordered a $60 bouquet of cut flowers simply wrapped...no vase included to be sent to a friend. In new bern. They sent a bouquet consisting of two sunflowers, three carnations, two snapdragons , three alstromeria and three sprays of pom poms. Complete rip off. Ridiculous!!!
