Randy is the best tile setter and flooring installer I have ever worked with and Vicky is excellent when it comes to working with a budget and combining design ideas and the customers wishes. They stand behind their work and are a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding work and excellent customer service.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. They took over 2000 dollars from us and kept rescheduling when they'd come. Didn't give us an update until the day before which ended up not working for us, then told us they would be there on a Thursday June 4th , when we called to check that had completely changed the date without our knowledge again and moved it to the following Friday. They finally come out after almost 3 weeks of phone tag and the tech gets here and smokes on my porch and brings that terrible smell into my home. I have asthma and so does my 7 year old. He was disrespectful and visibly upset by my telling him not to smoke. He lays the floor and then tells us that we'll just have to leave it over the weekend unfinished and undone because the moisture was too high. Although, we were told repeatedly he'd finish it in one day. ( this could have been prevented had he just delivered the wood a couple days prior like they said they would in the first place) This company completely lacked professionalism, organization, and customer service. Don't waste your money here.
The whole crew at Creative is absolutely wonderful! They took care of me from start to finish and I LOVE my new carpets and laminate. They did a superb job matching the laminate to the pre-existing hardwood. They finished the job in a timely manner, and everyone is super friendly and easy to work with!
