My daughter Victoria and I came in. Late. The appointment was amazing. The 2 girls who worked with us were so nice and sweet and kind. I had a wonderful lady even pay for our toes. I felt so amazing and stress free going to this place and I will be back!!!!! Highly recommended!!! :) thank you ladies so much
Definitely not impressed here today. I made an appt for 3 of us, they put us all in chairs with spas of cold water and no one came to work on me nor did anyone say there would be a delay. After 20 minutes, I removed myself from the chair. 40 minutes later I'm sitting here waiting for the girls and no one has even come to me to explain or apologize. We will not return.
I've been a customer of La Princess for nearly a year. After, yesterday, I'm sorry to say, but I will be going elsewhere. My issues: 1. If you visit the shop, in the afternoon, I suggest a mask. The ventilation is not adequate. Morning air is breathable. 2. Had a pedicure, yesterday, that took 1 1/2 hours. This is not the first time this has happened. My take, if you are a walk-in, which I usually am, you are given 'new' people. To avoid my experiences, always make an appointment. My suggestion to La Princess, 'Train new employees more. Watch over them, when they are starting out' A sorry and cute smile, while apologizing for bad service will not keep clients.
I'm picky when it comes to my nails and clean implements they use, but this place passed with flying colors! This place is so nice and professional. I got a jelly pedicure with paraffin and it was AMAZING! Clean place and the staff is very nice! When I return back to New Bern since I was here for work I will come here every time!
I always have a great experience when I go there. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. The ladies there are patient and very nice. I only go to them to get my nails done.
