Excellent and compassionate care from start to finish.
This has been the worst experience ever. I'm not sure if it's the surgery center itself, the surgeon or schedling. I arrived at 11:35 for a 12:00 noon appointment for my mother. She has Alzheimer's and is legally blind. She was just taken in at approximately 2:30 pm. There are no words that can explain how livid I am. She has not eaten and when I am short with the staff they look at me as if I have 2 heads.
