Failed to honor time commitment, called late to inform us that they were 3 hours away from arriving at our house. No professionalism in this when I said that the dry time would push us to 9 PM, I was told we'll give you booties to wear! We have 2 dogs, " Oh it wont bother them ", great what about the dirt, DAAAAHHHH. Never call again
