This place is very clean and temp is well controlled. Their prices are very affordable and were actually round the same price as alot of the un-climate controlled facility's I've used and looked into
I dont know much about the family owned and operated portion but i do know that i rented a van from this place and it was a total nightmare and when i returned the uhaul that were some disrepensies about some charges so i put in a claim and the person that i spoke with was very, very, very ,very rude and disrespectful. I wont rent anything else from them EVER!!!!
