I rented this place out because my husband was deploying and i was going back home to go to school... i decieded to come back early and it was before the middle of the month... not only did i pay two months in advance but it was for 2 units.. but when i told them i was moving out the 11th they told me they dont prorate anything so technically i payed the full amount for a full month and wasnt using it for 20days.. then if someone else moves into that storage they make profit on both of us... i used another storage before and when i moved out of that one they rreimbursed me for that month since it was on the 14th!! other than that they are decent! but they left there lock on the storage the day i was moving in and i had a flight in one hour the same day i got to the storages 3 hours early but i had to call the owner at her house to unlock it and she got up at 4am to open the gate... they sent me the wrong invoice for payment. and the indoor units smell weird, and there was a HUGE roach and spiders all dead! wish it would of been clean when we moved in!

Never gave us problems when we paid late but they removed our belongings the night before our bill was due to be paid because they assumed we abandoned the unit. Someone should have called us instead of taking action like that.
This is the best storage rental in town. Extremely Friendly, Courteous, and Helpful Staff, very secure, convenient locations, reasonably priced, and use of the free moving truck. I have been renting since October at the Grantham location.
