Crappy, dirty gas station, rude manager that only gets there 30 mins before early morning bus is scheduled to arrive
It's a gas station, no working restrooms and not marked as a bus stop
There's no sign that lets you know your at the right bus stop. They arrive early and rush u. If you're waiting on the bus bring bug spray. Ants, flies, mosquitoes, spiders, etc are everywhere.
The seats are so rough to sit on. It's hard to get comfortable.
The new convenient store locations are a terrible choice for such a thriving company
Greyhound boast of having places to charge your phone on the buses, extra leg room, etc... lies... was on the road each trip for 24.5 hours and only 1 bus had any accommodations. Bus drivers have attitudes and actually had cops at a bus stop to kick a person off for asking where we were and could we please have a break. I couldn't believe it. Then the same bus driver was gonna leave me cause my baby had made a bm and I wanted to change him. He said he was making great time and he wasn't giving us a break to mess that up. The bus station staff at the stop had to intervene just so I could change my son and not stink up the bus. Had a wait layover for 6.5 hours... which wasn't told to me prior to paying my tickets and to change it for a less time was 25.00 per person. Haven't rode a bus since 2002. In 2017... nothing has changed. Sad
