I am extremely unhappy with Big Kahuna, my pool is only 5 years old the nuts are rusting, the rails are bending....this pool is still under warranty and we can't even get them to get the parts in. Then we are told we have to fix it or they will charge us. Why have a warranty....so, if I drill through the pool does that make the warranty invalid? I will never use these folks again.
Big Kahuna Pools, Spas, and More, was incredible. Chris and his team were very professional. His vast knowledge of the pool business is very extensive, and he has an amazing eye for details! Chris listened to our needs and wants and was able to come up with different options to fit in our budget. He was always right there to answer all of my questions, (and there were many)! The workmanship from the crew was impressive. They were very polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. The pool and patio opens up our backyard and provides us an amazing outdoor living space. We have received many comments from all our guests regarding the finished product. This is our dream backyard and we are astonished with the end result. It was more than we could have imagined.
Rescheduleld after promised . Set up appt 2 weeks earlier they do not care about their customers. Stay away and go somewhere else !!!!!!! Neg star -3 worst company idiots the they need mental health counseling Janine a angry irritable idiot poor customer service they need to be out of business
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Very disappointed with the management of this company and customer service from my experience. After a large purchase, service is slow, 2 weeks between problems, no communication, different techs each time, the list goes on... Stress from a Hot Tub?!?! Or should I say cold money pit I can't use.

While some of the staff are great, the management is anything but. Everything is overpriced and there are much cheaper alternatives with better service. For pool servicing I recommend at home pool and spa.
