I took my 6 year old daughter here today. My daughter had a very bad haircut one time (not at Joli) but it made me fearful to get her hair done. So I made the phone call and got her in. Allison did a great job listening to what I had to say, and did so good with my daughter. Her and the owner (I don't remember her name) both worked on fixing my daughter's previous bad hair cut, and took time showing me what they were working against (daughter had gaps cut in her hair, and uneven mess). They made us feel welcome. I can't say enough how grateful I am to both ladies that helped us out! I will be making an appointment for myself next!!
Met the owner at an business event and stopped buy to see her salon. What a wonderful place. The staff was friendly, talented and effective. The ambience of the salon was very classy, tranquil and clean, . I love the product line they have. It is unique to the area from Italy. I also like their focus on supporting the women's shelter by being a drop off location for donations.
The new owner Angie is very judgemental. I have diabetes and came into the salon one day, and I had problems with my sugar being low. She was very rude, and was not helpful at all. Anyone that has medical issues should not come to this salon. Her attitude shows how ignorant she is, and she has horrible customer service. I highly suggest anyone that goes to this Salon or is thinking about visiting this salon to reconsider. They are very rude and unwelcoming.
Beautiful salon!! I just love going there! As soon as I walk in the door I feel relaxed in the spa-like atmosphere. All of the stylist are professional, and delightful. Bonnie Foley is a wonderful business owner and has done an amazing job with major improvements to her salon both visually and in quality of products and services offered at her salon! Highly recommend this salon to everyone!
I love Carrie. She has cut my hair for almost a decade. This salon is nice, clean, and they will fit you in even if you don't have an appointment.
