Nell's is now under new ownership - and it is just a great place to get your hair done - especially by Tammy the owner. I am a NY transplant, been here 4 years and I love it.. Tammy gave me the elegant cut I was looking for.
When I left here, I cried. Tears of sorrow. The lady who runs it cut my hair and she didn't listen to a WORD I said. I will NEVER go back.
