The best service ever! I was traveling back from the beach when one of my truck rotars locked. We got to Tripps garage at 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon. Lon checked out my truck & ordered the parts so he could repair first thing in the morning. I had my dog with me and needed a hotel for the night. Not only did Debi find a local dog friendly hotel - Lon gave us a ride to the hotel and picked us up in the morning! Where do you find service like that? As promised my truck was ready on the morning at a fair price. Lon even called that afternoon to make sure I made it home ok. Lon and Debi are great folks - I highly recommend!
A tad overpriced but my biggest gripe would be that we went in on a Friday to schedule for the next wednesday & told them we had to get a rental & needed the car worked on and back to us asap. We dropped it off that wed & they never even looked at it till 4:30 cuz they were "so busy'. And they told us that! Guess they don't need new customers. They did a good job on the repair but when we asked for a list of what else they would do they listed over 4k in work on a 15 year old car... more than the car is worth!! We won't go back, which is a shame cuz they are so close to our home.
