A Hopeful Balance is a really nice yoga studio in historic downtown New Bern. They offer tons of yoga classes, spin, barre, bellydance, workshops, massage, and teacher trainings. They also offer free classes at the studio and out in the community. Its a great place for anyone from novice to expert....any skill level, no judgement.
