Just a newbie to this place, but I have to say that everyone is incredibly nice and the spa is wonderfully clean and calming. Loved my pedicure with Jennifer. I will definitely be returning for other services (which is the only reason it didn't get a 5 star...).
Rinnova Spa is a local owned and operated business in New Bern, NC. This facility is extremely clean and professionally operated. They offer a large selection of beauty and wellness services that are sure to please. They offer many different spa and beauty package's, professional products, and a smoothie bar. It is always so tranquil every time I am in for my appointment and I am always greeted with a friendly smile. I have been very pleased with all of the services I have had a Rinnova Spa over the past few years. They have a wide selection of certified staff that can professionally fulfill your needs.
Fantastic Spa.......I had a chemical exfoliation facial from Candace and it was amazing!! She worked on my skin for an hour and 15 minutes, told me everything she was doing, recommended advice and made me feel beautiful. For all you ladies needing a treat you have to go see Candace ! I will be using more of their services in the upcoming NEAR future. They have a lot to offer and it is so nice to have a place to this caliber right in New Bern.
My mother and I kicked off our annual Girls Getaway weekend (but first time to New Bern) at Rinnova Spa. We both got a 90 minute massage and added on the Peppermint pedissage and hand massage. It was an unbelievable experience! Both of our therapists (Allison and LuRenna) were professional, knowledgeable and did an exceptional job. We have been to many spas and this one definitely ranks at the top, if not THE top. We were slightly turned off by the outside appearance of the building (mainly the parking lot and surrounding buildings) but the inside atmosphere, friendly staff and outstanding services MORE than made up for it!
This place is amazing, gorgeous and very relaxing. Treat your wife to a fabulous day at the spa. Good job Dr. Z!
