3+ years as a member and have really enjoyed getting/staying in shape here. The new mgmt is very proactive and works hard to promote and provide meaningful group training. The facilities stay clean and staff is excellent, they are caring and motivating.
Love going to Sound for the classes. Always get a good workout. Love the staff!
Sound Fitness is a top-notch facility! Members are provided with a variety of fitness options. I've had a positive experience every single time I've been to this facility during my 3 years as a member. It is extremely clean and the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The instructors are very professional and experienced in the areas of physical fitness and exercise. Their continued enthusiasm and support during classes help create a positive atmosphere and one which promotes motivation. I highly recommend Sound Fitness to anyone interested in joining a first rate exercise club!
I am not a negative person, but this place is far from being professional business. My advice is don't walk , RUN from them and never give them money up in front.
I have been a member of Sound Fitness for just over a year. I enjoyed a full week of free classes prior to joining. Along with my membership I was given a health assessment, full tour of the gym and several sessions with one of their trainers. I have had opportunity to enjoy weekly group fitness classes and one on one work outs with the staff there. Sound Fitness is a clean, professional facility with a wonderful staff. I'm so glad I joined.
