Store staff were helpful but not pushy, and helped us find a better priced product for our needs.
Customer service was good in the beginning. When it was time for the carpet installation the tech ran out of carpet, when I called the store to see what happened because they came out and took measurements the salesman Mark was very rude to me. I spoke with the owner and he assured me they would take care or it as soon as possible and he would personally follow up with me...but never did.
The female receptionist is rude and has horrible customer service. She wouldn't even pay attention to the questions I asked the two times I called.

I had them replace my old bedroom carpets with vinyl last year. I really like the look and ease of care and the floors still look great. I did not like their service. The owners were very nice but I was passed on to a salesman who didn't much care. The workers did an OK job--one bedroom was left with freckles of floor glue on the walls and an air pocket(?) in one spot. Markings on the vinyl were just left for me to clean off. It was a long day for them and they were eager to get out the door. No one from the store ever stopped by to check on the work and no one ever called or wrote to thank me or see how I liked it. On the other hand, I did not take the time to call and complain so I don't know how issues would have been handled. I do not think I will use them again.
Tried working with Mark in the office to have a carpet repair done. After 2 weeks of not having someone schedule the repair with me, I went into the office and spoke with him directly. We scheduled for 1 week out and today they called to say they never put it on their schedule and couldn't make it. Very unprofessional service.
