I'd like to thank Rowe Appliance for helping my grandmother . She's 75 and on a fix income , I do what I can to help her , but I to struggle. She had another appliance store go out to her home and tell her that there was nothing they could do to fix her refrigerator and that she needed to buy a new one. So I called around trying to get prices on refrigerators. But an angle answered the phone when I called Rowe Appliance because when I told them what was going on not only did they go out and " FIX " the refrigerator that we were told could not be fixed , but the gentleman only charged us for the service call and the part he didn't even charge us for haveing to come back out to the house the second time to put the part on or labor for putting the part on. Thanks Rowe Appliance for being a company that truly cares about it's customers !
