Had a bug problem was trying store bought bug products to try to get rid of them myself. Well because of that you can't treat my house. I call bs. I wish I could give you 0 stars so unprofessional.
I want to know why I am paying $300 a year for four years and the number of cockroaches in still increasing in the house? What have you been doing all these months to keep cockroaches out of the house? The occupants have tossed ALL OF THEIR FURNITURE including mattresses and the bugs increase. The kid no longer sleeps at other houses and returns "contaminated" to this house.....Why are the bugs increasing? Do I expect a response to this notice? Of course not! You just cannot get the job done....right?
