Mr. Bennett provided Professional, Knowledgeable, and Value Added Service! He swapped out my 9 year old water heater. Called me and had me send a photo and height of water heater and then recommended a make, which happened to be the same that was installed. He did not know that. He showed up promptly, explained the job, did a through professional installation, removed the old water heater, cleaned up everything, went through the paperwork and registration for the new water heater, told me how to clean out the water heater once a year.
