I am so impressed with Legacy Plumbing! Matthew came out to my house quickly, on a Sunday, the day after Hurricane Matthew. I had no water and he quickly resolved the problem. Legacy Plumbing will definitely be my "go to" plumbing company from now on. This is the second time I have called Matthew. The first time he came right out, too. Let me assure you it isn't because he isn't busy. He was working two other jobs and still made the time to take care of my plumbing problems. I wish I could give more than five stars. In this customer's eyes Legacy Plumbing deserves at least ten. Their professionalism, quickness to respond, kindness, and knowledge put them head and shoulders above other plumbing companies! Matthew showed up the same day and repaired my kitchen sink drain! What a blessing he was! His work was neat and he gave us a 2 year warranty. Highly recommended! A++
Nice guy. Would be better business practice to suggest calling the City of New Bern first instead of coming here and charging $84 dollars to come here for 5 minutes and tell us to call the city.
