My dishwasher hose was not connected because I could not get it in. I thought this wouldn't cause a problem, but it did. I received a phone call from my tenants at 7pm (this company is open until 11pm) so I ask for them to go out and see what was going on. I paid the $85 service charge, and they arrived by 8pm. Well they capped off the line, but insisted the hose was not long enough to connect (wrong, I just couldn't hold it together to tighten the gear clamp). When I said I felt that the problem should be fixed instead of an $85 charge for a cap (bandaid not a fix). He said that I paid for his service at 8 at night as though I shouldn't expect the root cause of the problem to be fixed. Then he responded with "I would need to replace the hose tomorrow which would be another $125. What?!? So if you need someone to stop the water flow, they are great. If you need late service, they are open late and arrive quickly. Just don't expect an actual fix!
My mother had some faucets on her tub rhat were 40 years old and Larey and his son replaced rhe faucer, repaires tile area with a gorgeous plate and provided couteous service.
it was an extensive job and they never stopped until it was done.
Sent a website request for Drain Service on a Wednesday and Larry & team were here on Thursday AM (next day)...quick reply, quick service/job completion, and a very fair price....how do you beat that?....would recommend this company to all Local New Bern resident....RM

Oh my goodness they are awesome! The men that came down and pumped out our tank on a Friday afternoon did the best job for us,they worked really good together and was very polite to us.
