The senior excersizing class is a wonderful bunch of people loving each other and what we have committed ourselves to do. The instructor Kari is a jewel.

Ms. Glenda is a very good instructor for women. Her classes are small or they can be large depending on the participation that day. She is always friendly and warm. Men are welcomed to the class too. I like the class because it is private and it is free. The classes are on Monday's and Wednesday's from 5:30 to 6:30! Sometimes she will do a Friday class if more will participate.
