I wrote a fairly negative review of this place 4 years ago but i'm pleased to say that my concerns have been addressed. The locker rooms are much cleaner now and the old grungy lockers have been replaced; the open rec hours for the outdoor pool are much better; more classes offered with better hours; the exercise machine room is less cramped. All in all a much better experience than several years ago.
If you are a traveler, and want to use the facilities, they have no protocol on how to handle that type of situation.
Highly recommend.
Has a squat rack, and there's chalk (!!!) provided in the weight room, the latter of which I've never seen at a YMCA. Nice.

This is great place to work out in and learn to swim. You can swim, workout and play basketball all for a reasonable price.
