I have had a very confusing and difficult experience with this office trying to get a Senior Pass which they do not have a record of. Also they are resistant to supporting and following up with a campground that has declined recently in cleanliness and care by camp hosts. Lastly, the followup is lacking in phone calls and attempts to be a volunteer to the Parks. It seems amazingly dysfunctional!
