We used them as our rental management company for several years. The last renters, William and Kelly Schreffler, left with $1300 in unpaid rent and unpaid pet deposits, along with over $1000 in repairs for damage caused by the Schrefflers. Real Estate plus, Inc d/b/a Management Services, was supposed to pursue legal action against them to recover the $2300 on our behalf, but they never did.
Poor Business Practices. Consumer beware.
When we had to move out of state in 2013 and couldn't sell, they took over our home and we haven't had to worry since. They have a new digital portal to view the breakdown of your incoming rent and services, which also includes online pay for tenants. Home maintenance is pricey if something needs to be fixed, but the management fee is more than fair and the peace of mind we've had for the past 3 years is a blessing. They also allow homeowners to use a contractor of their choice for repairs. Homeowners can choose if they want to allow pets or not, regardless of breed (no company discrimination).
