Wonderful waitress, thanks Shyanne. Great tasting food with nice presentation. Even though they were busy today, Veterans Day, still got service with a smile.
I usually enjoy Applebee’s. I frequent the one in my town quite often. This has been the most horrid dining experience I’ve ever had. The service sucked. Not only for me, but for everyone who walked through the door and had to wait at least 5-7 minutes to be seated. There was no silverware ready when we were finally seated, and the lady behind us had to wait a good while just for her drink since there were no clean cups. She eventually ended up walking out. And we considered it multiple times. Took well over 15 minutes just for our order to be taken. The appetizer took another 15 with the meal following not long after. The restaurant was nearly empty and the wait staff was clearly seen gossiping in the corner. We will never eat here again and i strongly recommend eatting somewhere else. McDonald’s has better service.
Every time we go here we continually get disappointed by cold food, bad service, poor attitudes. We love Applebee’s and We have tried and tried this place to give it chances but it never changes so I doubt we will ever come back.
The service was horrible, me and my friends waited nearly 30 mins to just get our drinks !! Shortly later we left and went somewhere else. Our waiter clearly had an attitude and didn't even tell us his name, we even seen him talking to another waitress and when we asked abt our drinks he said "he was brewing us up some tea" and took them 15 mins to seat me and my 8 friends we even had a reservation and the restaurant was nearly empty I will never eat at this Applebee's again service is horrible !!!
