Very safe place to take your pets. More clean, pleasant staff and competent. Great veterinarians.large area to separate dogs from cats in waiting area. I recommend this hospital!
I moved to New Bern from Charlottesville VA (fairly big city) and even in the small town of New Bern these doctors finally solved what illness my dog had been suffering of; The first time I brought him here for originally an ear infection they cured him! The staff is very nice unlike some other veterinians, also very clean and updated building. Easy to get an appointment fast, they practically accept walk ins. The only issue is a little expensive, other than that I would definitely recommend!
I love Craven Animal Hospital. The staff and the doc's are awesome. I especially love Dr. Bobby, she totally understand my two fur babies. They don't stress out when we go to the vet. You are going to Love this place!!!
Staff is always friendly and prices are comparable with other area animal hospitals. I have boarded my dogs several times without issues. They don't offer any interactive options to monitor them or talk with them while gone like some of the bigger areas. They do send you reminders when pets are coming up for shots or other requirements. Highly recommended!
I called early Saturday morning...my dog was booked in during the week but his allergies were worsening and his paws were looking infected. Allison said it would be 100 dollars to be squeezed in. I asked her if maybe the doctor could at least refill his allergy medicine. She said maybe he would and that they would call me either way. Well I waited until 2 pm and I called again. Allison ands we're doing and I asked her if someone tried to call me. She had a large pause and said no one tried to call but the doc refilled the med I said great how long are you open till? She said we are closing now. Thanks Allison...sad you don't care about Stevie
