Such a cute shop! Stopped in here for some dessert on date night and found lots of goodies to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they offer little samples of the fudge so you can decide what you want before committing. They also have candy and ice cream. My husband enjoyed filling a little bag with the mixed candy and taffy. There is a really nice courtyard outside with tables and chairs for you to enjoy your treats. A great spot!
Every time I go home to NC I always stop in and get plenty of fudge. I absolutely love this place and the fudge is to die for!
Bear City Fudge is a MUST DO when visiting downtown New Bern. The Fudge and Ice Cream are always fresh and taste wonderful. No matter what flavor you choose you cant go wrong. We have given Fudge from Bear City to many of our friends as gifts. The store is a very happy one. From all the brightly covered Candy to the Brightly colored Ice Cream. The staff is always friendly. And full of suggestions on new things to try.
We love the ice cream so much we've not tried anything else. Great taste. Not frozen too hard. Not too sweet. Delicious in their homemade waffle cones.
Awesome!! Great fudge and candy!! They also ship.. I thought that was pretty amazing!! Everything is made right there. They also make and sell coffee, tea and the like. The gentleman that waited on us was very kind and helpful.
