Service could be a little faster. I don't understand why they don't use the waiting spots.
Young and experienced staff. I ordered my usual egg abd cheese mcgriddle with a hashbrown n medium coffee. He asked how much cream n sugar and i told him The young man charged me for a sausage mcgriddle remove the sausage. That combo meal is almost 2 dollars more than it normally is. several ppl called in to work so they were extremely slow. I only know this because that's what the crew members were talking about the entire time i was there. I received my order before i received my coffee. I waited 15 min for mt coffee because i was told that the creamer is being changed. When i finally get my coffee its black. My food was cold so i had them remake my meal.
Terrible service! Waited more than 15 min in drive thru line, over charged on item & when I finally got my order, frappe NOT filled all the way & food only warm. This is not the 1st time having these problems with this location. (Degraffenreid, across from hospital in New bern)
I hate McDonald's. I only ever stop for coffee or ice cream. And I got ice cream this time. I had a terrible night and was upset visibly. The girl gave me a size bigger and told me that I was to beautiful to cry and try to have a better day. She gets 5 stars. Thank you for being a sweetheart.
All mcd have the same menu so the only thing that sets them apart is service. I have had bad service and good service here so 3/5 stars.
