Our sale representative Shawn has always help me find what I am looking for and has always treated me and my family with respect. The management has been great, best dealership around that's why I drive more than 2 hours away to buy my cars there.

This dealership is beyond being good they are awesome and great in the best I've ever seen at getting you a brand new car I could not believe the sales team they up front was unbelievable they spend alot of time on you they made me feel like I was buying a million dollar car. My car salesmen was awesome he bought me me lunch because I couldn't go anywhere and his name was Moe and the sales manager Mr Chris and the paper work and warranty man Mr Jimmy was awesome he got us warranty galore and by far the best warranties I've ever seen. So if there's one place I would say by a brand new car would be Eastern Carolina Nissan of New Bern. And these guys don't think there way better than you because they treated me with the upmost respect I've ever seen and just as friendly as can be.
One of the best car buying experiences I have EVER had & I have had several! While on vacation in Emerald Isle we decided to trade our 4Runner and get something more affordable and better on gas. Earlier that morning we spoke to a dealership in Wilmington who had a Rogue that was exactly what I wanted, or so I had thought and verified that it had not been smoked in. It took us an hour and a half to get to that dealership and upon arrival, before I even sat in this car, I could smell the smoke! It was AWFUL! Without another word, we left and I called Eastern Carolina Nissan. Gina was the lucky lady who picked up & got to hear my rant as I was still super upset about being lied to from the previous dealership. She verified that the did in fact have the Rogue I wanted, color and trim and told me she would personally go and sit in it to make 100 percent sure it had not been smoked in. She called me back less than 5 minutes later and said she didn't smell the slightest scent of smoke and would have the car ready for me upon my arrival. An hour and a half later, we arrived and she was right by the door to greet us with one of the nicest salesman I have ever met in my entire life, Mike Blanton. Mike was SO patient, answered all of my questions, went to bat with the big guys several times for me and helped us walk away with a beautiful car and NO headache! Woohoo!!! We live 7 hours from Eastern Carolina Nissan and would drive back in a heartbeat to purchase another car with this incredible store & the best, Mike Blanton!! Thank you all SO much for making this such an incredible experience, you guys are the best!!
