I love Trent Cadillac. Every time I go in for service it's a wonderful experience. Their mechanics are the best. Their staff are really friendly. I would recommend them to everybody looking for down to earth people who have your needs at heart.
I inquired with Luke Melton about purchasing a used car online and he quickly followed up to my request. He gave me his cell phone number and answered my countless questions as I was 4 hours away from the dealership. He sent pictures and responded quickly to my every need- if he didn't know the answer, he found out as quickly as possible. I've bought and sold several cars, and I was impressed that I was treated as well as I was, especially without actually being at the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, I found the car exactly as described and I was set up with Thomas Farrow who assisted me with the purchase. Everything went smoothly and he worked to get me a little more for my trade after my drive in (which he had no incentive to do because I was already 4 hours from home and wasn't going to leave without the car). Again, I was impressed. They truly put in the effort to make me happy and I didn't feel like I was just another sale like at most dealerships.
Cons- took 3 hrs for an alignment and tire rotation. Was told they were just washing my car, yet my car ended up not getting washed. When leaving I was handed the keys but not told where the car was (I had an idea due to the service advisor, general direction) mild inconvenience.
Awesome experience! Ronnie Brinson helped me from step 1-the end. They don't focus on themselves they are all about the customer. Purchased a used vehicle from them and am very satisfied! When I'm in the market for a trafe in this is the only place I will do business.
The pros- very nice service, offered donuts and refreshments. (Super hard to complain with donuts). Had a nice waiting area with comfortable seating, tv, and free WiFi. The tech mentioned my tires were showing the wires, and promptly walked me in back to show me. I always appreciate transparency with shops so this was very good. Took care of my alignment and per my request even facilitated me to ride along on the inspection drive after the alignment.
Went in to get an alignment, took 3 hours to get an alignment done with making an appointment for 8am.
