Excellent, I had been trying to get my car fixed and was able to rent and return my rental without any penalty for returning car early. I hope I don't have to rent a car again, but if I do it will be with enterprise.

Everyone was very polite and thorough. I only spent about 15 minutes here, very quick service! Car was a 2017 Ford Explorer. They have a very nice selection of cars that are new and clean!
Got in an accident made a reservation went to pick up my car with my 2 year old and they didn’t have any more cars. I will never ever use this company again I would recommend budget they have better rates more cars and don’t reserve cars they don’t have.
I really like the people at Enterprise and I rent a lot of cars from them and would rent more and tried several times this year alone. I do a lot of round trip and one way rentals. This year alone Enterprise missed 3 times renting me one way rentals due to high drop off fees....400 to 600 dollars! You can fly for that amount....which I did. I was able to take a cab to the airport, buy a plane ticket and fly home hundreds of dollars less than renting a car.....tell me why that should even be possible! The Enterprise reps in the M.L.K. Jr Blvd New Bern are an exception to this rule....they always reduce the drop off fees for me, but all other locations when asked to reduce the drop off fees.....you just as well be talking to the asphalt!
