Great service. The ladies at the New Bern Airport National Car Rental office were very helpful in getting us a car at short notice. Great car and excellent people.
I have used the service many times and always have found the staff friendly and very helpful. I wish they had an overnight drop box for when the airport shuts down, and they use a bit too much perfume when cleaning the cars, but otherwise the experience is always quite positive.
