I ordered a large motorcycle battery online. I received confirmation of order and I received a notice it was ready for pick up. All this in less than 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store the manager saw me on the way in and came and carried my old battery in for me. He also carried the new one out. They understood customer service and were able to answer some technical questions I had. This was a great experience.
Always on point... Ordered phone battery online and got a 10% discount, they did not have the battery in stock but they called and left a message for me about when it would be in and sent an email also... I wasn't able to get by there for a few days and they called me again to make sure I knew the battery was there to be picked up.... Awesome place!

If you need a battery and these fine folks don't have it, you should probably reassess your technological prowess and update your gear. There are other items besides batteries, mostly gadgets that use batteries (clever!). I saw phone accessories and flashlights. You'll probably pay more than you would for comparable items elsewhere, but you don't have to hope that you're going to find the right battery here.
