The people are competent yet friendly. They're very knowledgeable of they're business and go the extra mile to satisfy the customers
Vana and Megan are two of the nicest employees I've ever met, they truly know customer service!! I had an issue with my phone and they solved my issue in record time. Not only that, they took the time to explain my issue so if I encounter it the next time I know what to do.

This store is down the middle of the road. They do minor diagnostics, they are not corporate and usually you ha e to wait for assistance. The staff are nice.
the manager does not know how to tell the truth if it was right in his face!!! we opened a business account with sprit through this store and was told our bill would be x amount but in fact it was twise that amount then the tablet was to be free but that too was a lie im being charged 75 dollars a month fore that one don't go to this store they are crooks
