Walked in and found the items we were looking for. Picked one up on site and the other was ordered. We had it within 10 days of purchase. Very helpful and friendly staff.
We ordered furniture on April 2nd. They said delivery would be 10-14 days. 14 days passed and we never heard anything so we called and they said there was a hold up and it would be another week until delivery. A week passed and no word again. Called again and they pushed the date back another week saying there was a hold up with one of the pieces. Another week passed and still no furniture. Now they are saying we won't get anything until May 17th!!! What company takes 7 weeks to deliver furniture? We have called several times to complain and was never offered any compensation for our inconvenience. We got rid of our old furniture after we purchased in anticipation of the new furniture and now we have nothing to sit on for 7 weeks!! We paid for delivery and it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company. I will never shop there again and I would never recommend them to any friend of mine unless they make this right! The manager was supposedly supposed to call us and we still haven't heard anything!

We ordered furniture on June 4th and were told it would be 10-14 days. When it didn't arrive by the 14th day I called and they said "oh we were just about to call you. We are waiting on two pieces and it should be there by the 26th". Waited and had to call again. It was finally delivered, but a mirror for our bedroom set was still missing. It's July 8th and we haven't heard ANYTHING from them about where the mirror is. Called last week and they were very vague about when it would be in. They were great salespeople when making the sale, but the customer service is NEXT TO NOTHING! Please save yourself some heartache and go somewhere else.
