Excellent customer service from Michael. We got in very late with an infant and he was extremely kind and accommodating. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good and we left happy.
Friendly people at the front desk and very accommodating. The room I stayed in seemed to be very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable to me. My only complaint is the moisture in the room. There was condensation on everything.
