Do not stay here. Your money deserves better. Head across the bridge and get a place that's safe, has a view, and has employees who give a s**t. This isn't the place.
Very clean rooms and friendly staff!! Modern cute hotel with a great breakfast!! Everything was good from eggs biscuit gravy to the chocolate waffles!!! Our room was very clean and modern along with the comfy beds and they even have a hot tub!! I'd stay here again no doubt!!
I wrote a letter to comfort suites detailing our experience and wouldn't you know, not even an acknowledgement of receipt.
Stayed in room 407. Biggest room i ever stayed in at Comfort Suites. AM breakfast was yummilicious. Close to restaurants and not too far from the riverfront and everything else.
Stayed in room 306. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The comfort of the room was excellent. The food was good. Staff was 5
Our room was devastatingly hot. We tried manipulating the ac using the controls on the ac unit - seems logical right? Wrong. We called the front desk to ask for another room with working ac and were told all rooms have working ac. The next day at check-out we lodged a complaint at the front desk, to a less than interested hostess, and were told the control to the ac was on an adjacent wall.
While the lady at checkout didn't give two cents about our nightmare stay, she was concerned about the Domino pizzas that she claimed were ordered by our room (something we never ordered.) Of course I refused to entertain her or this place at that point.
We were told that there were no rooms available. This was after 6pm and the parking lot was empty. We had to reserve a room online, after being told there was nothing available. As we walked back in from reserving a room from my phone in the parking lot, we were offered no explanation or apology. We would normally leave where we weren't wanted but we were exhausted after driving 7 hours to attend a funeral.

Nice place. Restaurants close by. Pool was great and hot tub too. Pet friendly but not much grass. We stay here often.
By 8pm the front and back entrances were crowded with cigarette smokers and guys drinking and this wasn't a jolly crowd. Police would later arrive. I know this because of the police lights shining through our hotel window.
