The food and service at this facility are excellent. I have yet to hear of a problem with anything at this facility that has not been resolved amicably. They are fast and very efficient with their service and would recommend to anyone wanting fantastic food.
Doesn't disappoint. Amazing food as usual for a Chick-fil-A location. I always stop here in the evening on my biweekly commute from Wilmington to Elizabeth City and it's always a great place to rest up.
Always a great experience here. The friendliest of staff. Always get hot and fresh food. Even in their busiest times it never takes too long to get served. Tuesday's is Kids Night and they have some sort of craft for the kids. They also have an indoor play area for kids.
It been a few month ago we have being there to eat there ! Now I enjoyed it tonight all ! Awesome ....
I absolutely love the food and love the place. But my experience of customer service was horrible... I assume what had to be the manager came up to the register after the cashier was trying to make a discount on something. Then assuming it's the manager lied straight to my face and said it's already applied.. I by all means don't need the discount... but how are you going to tell someone they get one then the manager comes over and says " why?" Then the cashier looks at him.. Then he says "it's already applied." Lack of respect toward the costumer and the employee by the manager. Hopefully no one else experiences this.
