This was the worst place I have ever eaten at. Service was horrible. The staff members were goofing off and extremely loud. Staff members were shouting across the kitchen area about non work related topics. It must of been a shift change because right in the middle of me placing my order the man walked off and another person had to wait on me. The food tasted old and the eating area was nasty. This was my first and last time ever eating there. I have worked in the food industry for 12 years. I would be completely embarrassed if my staff ever would of acted like that.
A year ago i left a really good review, however, my last two Barbacoa burritos were lacking in the flavor and spice that is normally cooked into the meat. Instead i was given bland meat that honestly tasted watered down
On the night of June 18th even after what looked like a long hard day of work for the people on staff a very nice gentleman took my order with the greatest possible care and attention to detail without any request on my part. The cashier rang me up promptly and was exceptionally courteous as well.
Food is great. The current staff are terrible. The line will be backed up and the single person working the line tries their best while the 5 other staff don't blink an eye. I timed myself yesterday at 5 minutes to make it from burrito warmer to register. Extremely slow. Order online and pick up recommended. Even that it was 10 minutes late one time.
Fast and great service with super friendly workers.
