This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dining establishment. I could understand the fact that it was busy so the 30 min to be seated did not bother me at all. When we were seated they told us that they had run out of silverware because they had been so busy. We placed our order and patiently waited, the drinks and appetizer came out with no problem at all. However, we sat there for 45 minutes after we received our appetizer and still did not receive what we had ordered. The waitress finally came by and asked us if we had gotten our food yet, by that time we'd had enough, I asked to put the food in a to go box and to get the check. All this while a couple beside us that was seated at the exact same time was finishing their meal. The waitress came by with the check and then another 15 minutes later came back with the food. We paid and then proceeded to the car, I decided to check the food to make sure it was correct, when I inspected the brisket I had ordered I found it to be cold and less that room temp. My wife had ordered beef tips it was literally less that 4 oz of beef in the whole dish. Overall this is one place that doesn't need be concerned with my business any longer.
me and my mom have been coming here for 6 + years there food has been good but the service has been not so great, tonight we were greeted with a smile and bread!! by a young man named Trey. From start to finish the service was 5 stars! he was Great, one of the best waiters we have ever had! never had to wait for anything more then a minute he was fast on his feet and well mannered young man! even the other guest commented on how good is was. I wanted to tell a manger but he said just us telling him was enough! i would diff be back for his service!
First we were in a group and only one server for the whole group and when the host of the group asked the manager for another server the main server refused the help. My order came out wrong. I asked for well done burger and the one came out with a lot of pink. Now I feel nauseous and all around sick. Secondly our food came out at different times and my family was done eating before I got my food. I won't be going back and ill make sure my friends and family members know not to go there either.

The food was mediocre, the service was great but it took a long time to get our food. Seeing that we were 2 out of 6 people in the whole restaurant it was a little frustrating that it took so long. Wish I could give our waitress 5 stars
The wait was absolutely horrible. Coming from upstate New York heading to Emerald Isle took two and a half hours to get seated fed and out. Food was decent. Waitress over talked me when I asked questions. Other staff talked to the waitress when she was helping us. For kids there is only lemonade and orange juice. There isn't even an option of apple juice. I would never recommend going here unless you aren't in a rush and need to get our quick. Two and a half hours of my life and if I went elsewhere I could of been to my beach house an hour and a half sooner. And food wasn't even all that great Bojangles down the street would of been better
Food is ok. Service is terrible. For what I paid I thought I would have gotten more food.
